Aquatint
金属板上の樹脂粒の間を腐食させ、線ではなく面の明暗を表す凹版技法。エッチングの線と組み合わせることもある。
歴史・用例
18世紀に普及し、ゴヤは1799年刊行の《ロス・カプリーチョス》などで陰影の表現に活用した。
